Approve demo records one by one

There is no bulk wipe. Demo data is reviewed per record — either kept (approved at go-live) or deleted using the Delete action on each landlord, property, unit, tenant, caretaker, job card or staff page. This protects the cross-module story (journeys, finance, complaints) so nothing is lost by accident.
